Provision of Tramp Agency Services Prior to Arrival of Ships, On Arrival/ During Port Call and On Sailing
|

|
- Arrival reports dispatched on arrival
- Discharge/performance repots sent twice daily
- Regular communications with Principals, Vessel Owners, Chatterers and receivers by telephone, faxes, email etc
- Coordination with Port Authority, receivers and shore-side operators to facilitate quick turn around of vessels;
- Attend to Masters requirements and crew matters as required (Medical arrangements, crew transfers, cash to master, water, garbage and slops collection, watchmen services etc
- Provision of radio/telephones to master to facilitate ease communication with agency office and operations staff
- Provision of transport to Master and Crew and necessary

- Prompt dispatch of departure reports , (NOR, SOFs), etc by fax, telefax and/ or courier as required
- Prompt dispatch of interim accounts by courier after sailing of the vessels
- Liaison with Ports Authority to expedite production of final port bills in order to produce final accounts.

Under this line of service, we carry out the following activities: |

- Supervision of loading and discharging of cargo from ship and shore warehouse, commodity sampling, cargo weighing and measurement, quality/quantity inspection,
- Container supervision on verification, stuffing and de-stuffing;
- General and bulk dry cargo survey , inspection and sealing certification;
- Bulky liquid cargo survey such as petroleum oil products (refined products, crude oil and liquid petroleum gas);
- Eligible vegetable oil inspection for quality and quantity on loading and discharge.
